该装备知(zhi)足《电(dian)梯型式实(shi)验细则》的《附(fu)件(jian)Q 门锁(suo)型式实(shi)验细则(2012稿)》及GB7588-2003《电(dian)梯制作与装配(pei)宁静标准》附(fu)录(lu)F1/EN81-1《Satety rules for the construction and installation of electric lifts》附(fu)录(lu)1中门锁(suo)实(shi)验的请(qing)求,用于电(dian)梯门锁(suo)的静态拉力实(shi)验。

仪器的功效与用处

装备接纳伺服(fu)机(ji)电驱动,样品牢固在摹(mo)拟(ni)层门(men)上,伺服(fu)机(ji)电驱动丝杆(gan)对(dui)摹(mo)拟(ni)层门(men)施加横向拉(la)力,传感(gan)器检测拉(la)力数值并经由(you)过程节(jie)制器传输(shu)给电脑(nao),电脑(nao)按照设定(ding)的(de)时候慢慢将拉(la)力施加至设定(ding)值。装备经由(you)过程电脑(nao)能够设定(ding)加力速(su)率、最(zui)大(da)拉(la)力值等参(can)数装备可停止机(ji)器经久实(shi)验、电气经久实(shi)验、对(dui)交换电路接通和分断才能实(shi)验、对(dui)直流(liu)电路接通和分断才能实(shi)验

仪器的特色

1、三维可(ke)调(diao)任(ren)务(wu)台(tai):调(diao)理夹(jia)具地(di)位(wei)便利,不用(yong)拆开夹(jia)    具便可(ke)便利停止地(di)位(wei)切确(que)调(diao)理。                                                                                   2、接纳伺服(fu)(fu)机(ji)电(dian)(dian)驱动(dong)(dong):切确(que)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)任(ren)务(wu)台(tai)肇(zhao)端地(di)位(wei)、挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)间隔,伺服(fu)(fu)机(ji)电(dian)(dian)有(you)一(yi)组监测(ce)体系(xi)以(yi)(yi)后(hou)地(di)位(wei)的编码器,该挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)装配为一(yi)个闭环体系(xi),将任(ren)务(wu)台(tai)地(di)位(wei)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)在设(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)地(di)位(wei)上(shang)。只要在电(dian)(dian)脑上(shang)设(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)间隔、挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)速率(lv)参(can)数(shu)(shu)便可(ke)。伺服(fu)(fu)机(ji)电(dian)(dian)的节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接纳数(shu)(shu)控节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)间隔、速率(lv)等(deng)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)参(can)数(shu)(shu)节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)切确(que)靠得住。                                                                                                       3、直流(liu)负(fu)载(zai)接纳电(dian)(dian)子负(fu)载(zai):可(ke)停止电(dian)(dian)压电(dian)(dian)流(liu)调(diao)理,节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精度高(gao)。                                                                                                           4、节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)体系(xi)接纳PC+PLC布局:PC实(shi)(shi)现(xian)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)参(can)数(shu)(shu)设(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)(挪(nuo)(nuo)动(dong)(dong)间隔、速率(lv)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)次数(shu)(shu)等(deng))、保(bao)管(guan)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)及天(tian)生实(shi)(shi)验(yan)报告等(deng)功效。PLC可(ke)保(bao)管(guan)以(yi)(yi)后(hou)实(shi)(shi)验(yan)参(can)数(shu)(shu),具备(bei)非一(yi)般停机(ji)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)保(bao)管(guan)功效,避免实(shi)(shi)验(yan)数(shu)(shu)据(ju)丧失。PLC自力节(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)装备(bei)运转,PC设(she)(she)定(ding)(ding)参(can)数(shu)(shu)并传递给PLC后(hou),PC可(ke)0加入运转,由PLC自力实(shi)(shi)现(xian)经(jing)久性实(shi)(shi)验(yan)。

仪器的布局及道理

装备布局(ju):由(you)层门(men)架(jia)、门(men)扇、门(men)锁装配(pei)夹具(ju)板(ban)、拉(la)力驱(qu)动体(ti)系(伺服机电(dian)+丝杆(gan))、拉(la)力传感器和电(dian)脑节制体(ti)系等构成(cheng)测试体(ti)系带RS232接口(kou),能显现力-位(wei)移、力-时候、位(wei)移-时候实验(yan)曲(qu)线。                                              装备支流(liu)PC机及打(da)印机,可主动打(da)印力-位(wei)移、力-时候、位(wei)移-时候实验(yan)曲(qu)线。形状尺寸(长×宽×高(gao))1900×700×2200(mm)。
